Coming Home To Self

A guided centering practice that uses breath and visualization to help us call ourselves from the past and the future, returning us to this moment, here in the present.

This practice can be used any time you feel ‘off’, or discombobulated, or if you feel like you just aren’t fully present.  It is great to use as part of your preparation to do something significant or challenging. It is also very helpful after a disturbing, or unresolved interaction.

Stand and sway, or sit comfortably.  As you breathe, allow your breath to gently move your body.
